At Xorvalenphoryzen, we take great pride in the quality of our floral arrangements. Every bouquet is crafted with care using fresh, premium flowers. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand behind our products.
This return policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario) or other applicable Canadian consumer protection laws. Where the law grants you greater rights (for example, in relation to misrepresentation or defective goods), those rights apply.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we cannot accept returns in the traditional sense. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your floral arrangement, we are committed to making it right. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you have any concerns about your order.
Quality Issues
If your flowers arrive in poor condition or are significantly different from what you ordered, we offer the following options:
- Replacement arrangement delivered at no additional cost
- Full refund for the affected items
- Store credit for future orders
To report a quality issue, please:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number and photos of the arrangement
- Describe the issue clearly
Delivery Issues
If your order was not delivered or was delivered to the wrong address:
- We will investigate and redeliver if possible
- If redelivery is not possible, we will issue a full refund
- For orders with incorrect addresses provided by the customer, additional delivery fees may apply
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify your order:
- Standard orders: Cancel at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery for a full refund
- Same-day orders: May not be cancelled once processing begins
- Wedding and event orders: Subject to contract terms (typically 50% deposit non-refundable within 7 days of event)
- Custom orders: Deposits may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on production stage
Refund Process
When a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Funds will be returned to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- E-transfer refunds will be sent to the original email used
What We Cannot Refund or Replace
- Flowers that have naturally wilted after proper care time (typically 5-7 days)
- Arrangements that were improperly cared for (not watered, left in extreme temperatures)
- Color variations that are natural to certain flower types
- Minor substitutions made due to seasonal availability (equivalent value is maintained)
- Issues reported after the 24-hour window
Subscription Orders
For our floral subscription services:
- Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled with 48 hours notice before the next delivery
- Partial refunds are available for unused deliveries in prepaid subscriptions
- Quality issues with individual deliveries follow our standard guarantee
