Orders and Payments
When placing an order with Xorvalenphoryzen:
- All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes
- Payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise arranged
- We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value if specific blooms are unavailable
- Custom orders may require a deposit
- Order confirmation will be sent to your email address
Delivery Terms
Regarding delivery of floral arrangements:
- Delivery is available within North York and the Greater Toronto Area
- Same-day delivery requires orders placed before 12:00 PM EST
- Delivery fees vary based on location and are calculated at checkout
- A signature may be required for delivery
- If recipient is unavailable, flowers may be left in a safe location or with a neighbor
- We are not responsible for flowers once left at the delivery location
Third-Party Advertising
Our website may display third-party advertising (including through services such as Google Ads). Your use of the site may involve cookies and similar technologies used for advertising purposes as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled or modified if we are notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Same-day delivery orders may not be cancelled once processing has begun. Custom orders and wedding bookings may be subject to different cancellation terms as specified in your contract.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing formal dispute resolution.
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Return Policy (where applicable to your order), constitute the entire agreement between you and Xorvalenphoryzen regarding the use of our website and services.
